FORMAL COMPLAINT AND DEMAND FOR INVESTIGATION OF JUDGE ROBERT CALORAS

RE: Egregious Court Fraud, Document Falsification, and Systematic Property Theft

INTRODUCTION AND STATEMENT OF AUTHORITY

I, ASHMEEN MODIKHAN, submit this formal Complaint to the Judges, Court Officials, and relevant authorities. This Complaint documents systematic fraud, criminal document falsification, attorney collusion, and organized property theft occurring within the New York court system.

I need to remind the Court of their obligation under the NY LAW to adhere to the Part 100 Rules governing Judicial Conduct Section 100.2 (A): A Judge MUST respect and comply with the law at all time to promote confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary.  100. 3 (D)(1), a judge must take appropriate action if they have information indicating a substantial likelihood that another judge has committed a substantial violation of the rules. Pursuant to Section 100.3(D)(2), a judge who receives information indicating that a lawyer has committed a substantial violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct must take appropriate action. 

I am filing this Complaint pursuant to my rights under New York law and submit it to:

I have included all attorneys with this communication even though NONE of them are legally on the case.

1. Judge Robert Caloras cases need to be investigated for property theft, collusion, violations to due process, disregard for NY Law, presiding without jurisdiction, allowing a fabricated and void case to proceed, criminal litigation abuse, knowledge of falsified Court documents, permitting Court SYSTEM filing manipulations/disruptions used to defraud, obstruction of justice, and more.  
2. I am aware that others have filed a “Formal Complaint and Demand for Investigation” against Judges.  My Complaint and Demand for Investigation will be VERY similar as the SAME CRIMES are being committed. 
3. I know that Judge Jil Mazer-Marino in Bankruptcy Court finds fault with “Complaints” that are similar or contain the same information. 
4. This Judge in Bankruptcy Court doesn’t express appropriate concern for the detailed reported content and Court corruption but rather desperately wants to call it “legal advice”. This is far from “legal advice” as there is nothing legal about this case and the associated COURT CORRUPTION AND FRAUD.
5.  What was done to me and others is completely illegal. This  submission contains FACTS obtained from NYSCEF, information in the NYSCEF document’s METADATA, E-Courts, Court Internal Case Management SYSTEM/ Courtnet, not compromised attorneys & Court trainers reporting, Court employees, witnesses, public information, etc.  
6. The “Architecture of Fraud” and other information will be almost exactly the same as other “Complaints” because as stated before the SAME corrupt filing tactics are being repeatedly applied to create fabricated cases that do NOT legally exist. 
7. The same firm, Gross Polowy LLC, is involved in this case and in other victim’s Complaints of property theft using the Court. 
8. The SAME Bankruptcy Trustee, Michael Macco, has been found assigned to many of the victim’s of fabricated cases who even submitted “Complaints” to U.S. Bankruptcy Court Eastern District of New York. 
9. This details with evidence how the organized crime enterprise has been stealing property. 
10. The specifics of my case and the FRAUD will be discussed in detail throughout. 
11. I am not arguing my case in this “Formal Complaint and Demand for Investigation and Accountability” but instead exposing who is involved. It is a FACT that this case does NOT legally exist and nor does the filings and associated “Decisions” are VOID.
